I got the same answer four times before I gave up and reported them to the BBB. The crates never showed up and contacting support was a complete joke. I was scammed using the coupons to purchase crates with dubloons. Most of the ships cost $60 bucks if you buy them through the premium shop. That is just for one ship and that doesn't include the upgrades.
